Wireless seminar was organised by both D’Mark Technologies and Phoenix Contact. It discussed on the next technology era of data communication between the applications. Held in the Suntec Convention Centre Level 3 on 31 Oct 2007, the event was swarmed with people ranging from different manufacturing industries to meet the faces behind the companies. Wireless seminar also outlined the latest wireless technology on different wireless components and how it can be effectively applied to your industry to maximize your outputs.

At this seminar, Mr Frank Hakemeyer from Phoenix Contact GmbH in the development for analog signal conditioning modules explained how obstructed barriers, high maintenance costs and ineffective signal communication can greatly benefit from Phoenix Contact wireless products like RAD-ISM-2400-SET-BD-BUS-ANT. Making use of Trusted Wireless™ radio technology, this Phoenix Contact Bidirectional data transmission device is smart enough to transmit data at 37ms without any programming or set-up.

Moreover, a vivid live demonstration was shown by Mr. Joachim Pucker, to impress the attendees with how great the remote control car can integrate well with the bidirectional data transmission device allowed long distance travels. In other words, the wireless device has enabled the remote control car to receive data signals even from 1 km. Not to mention, attendees who experiment on the remote control car that run using Omex Technology had enjoyed intensely. An informative session wrapped up the exciting event.

Together with Phoenix Contact, D’Mark conducted the Water and Waste Management Control, on Friday, 22 June 2007, at Block 34 Ngee Ann Polytechnic. An approximately 40 partners attend this event. Phoenix Contact ReSy Remote Control Technology was introduced to our targeted customers and prospects, a break-through innovative technology that helps increase productivity and return-on-investment.

ReSy Remote Control Technology concept was further elaborated by Mr. Joachim Pucker, a service consultant from Phoenix Contact Automation Technology Educational Institution. He explained the unique selling point of the remote control technology during the seminar that enables the users to mix and match their preferred Phoenix Contact solutions, simple yet feasible and hassle-free for any hierarchy or other communication issues. He shared with our customers and partners from water industry on how ethernet and profinet communication and distributed controllers can improve water management in the long run. In addition, a vivid live demonstration was shown too. Mr. Joachim Pucker has impressed the attendees with how great the remote control station can integrate well with the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Modular I/O modules and Modems.

As part of the fully integrated automation architecture, Phoenix Contact Wireless Solution on Bluetooth was another highlight of the seminar. This focuses on the latest products Wireless Serial Product Line- PSI-Line Serial.
